No there were never any arrests in his case. I don't necessarily think he was murdered. Sadly his father, Maurice Rosenblum, passed away recently.

I still think the Baldwin police department were somehow involved in Michael's death. I know others here feel that Rosenblum either OD'd or possibly committed suicide. Quite frankly given the cryptic nature of this case almost anything is possible.

I'd wager, given the fact that he had a drug problem, that he stumbled onto the wrong character, showed an interest in drugs, and met his doom.

Like the other poster said though, anything is possible.

I just watched this case for the first time and I too believe that the Baldwin police had something to do with his death. Why would the chief do what he did if he wasn't covering up something?

If Michael had OD'ed or committed suicide, his body most likely would have been found in one piece, with his clothes still on. That didn't happen.

This is circumstancial. Pieces of his clothings and body parts could have been carried away by animals and/or elements.

I agree. I still don't have a clear cut theory about what happened to him I'm just saying its indeed possible he could have died of an overdose where his body was found. He was so high apparently his girlfriend wanted to take him to the ER but he refused just before he went missing so the idea of him dying of an overdose is entirely plausible.

yeah, I think the police were trying to cover up the fact that they had had the car all along, but never notified his girlfriend. That's a far cry from covering up murder.

To me, the most bizarre in this case is that the first body evidences found by the search parties were on the hillsides overlooking where the car was abandoned, so that means at a higher height that the actual road - and the car. If Michael had had an immediate overdose he wouldn't - and couldn't have walked all up the hillside. Either he would have either lost conscience at the wheel, he would have been found near the car, or he would fell down the ridge.

The most logical explanation, then, is that either he was carried up hill after having lost conscience or he walked all the way up first and died there.

Also, Micheal wasn't addicted to ordinary drugs usually linked to overdose like heroine or cocaine, but on painkillers. Usually it takes a LOT of painkillers to threaten one's life, and it usually involves intentional consumption (as in suicide).

Default Weird facts

1. The car was impounded
2. Michael was arrested
3. If Michael was arrested - how did he end up on the side of the hill?
