I'm not a morning person so it doesn't matter how early I go to bed because i'll always linger.

I used to have that problem, so I put the alarm clock in a place that I can't reach from the bed

If it's my alarm clock that wakes me up, then no, I can never get right up.
If it's one of my kids calling or crying, then I'm able to pop right up...

i can get up right after my alarm goes off for all things except school. lol.
i just hate getting up for school. i'll usually reset my alarm clock & sleep for another five minutes. and then i'll wake up and ponder if it's even worth going to school. sleep another five minutes. and then i wake up. after i wash my face & brush my teeth though, i'm fine. lol.

My ex g/f was a master at getting up when her alarm went off. Right when it first started to ring, she would jump up out of bed. It use to scare the hell out of me. I, on the other hand, have to hit my snooze button about 5 or 6 times. LOL

Aww, hell no. Hour, minimum. Every time I'm forced to hop out of bed, I feel awful.

I need to ease myself awake. I always hit the snooze button 3 times before I actually get up.

My sister uses her cell phone as an alarm clock, and she does the same thing. The only problem is she is a hard sleeper and after like 30 minutes of the stupid thing ringing, I have to go in and turn it off because it woke ME instead of her

That must scare you out of your sleepiness too, that way you can't go back to sleep. i'd much rather have a lingering partner rather than a jump out of bed one.
