Default Anyone else hate this when watching TV in BED?

The Disappearance of the REMOTE CONTROL?? You get all comfortable in Bed and go to grab the remote to change the channel and can't locate it and have to get up and get out of your comfortable spot and shake the blankets or sheets and sometimes stand up-lol It's like the remote has a mind of it's own in the bed.

Can anyone relate to this?

I hate it. I am living proof of the joke that someone will get up and search the entire room for the remote because I refuse to change it manually.

Default I solved the problem with one of these

I made a little shelf out of wood , in which i cajn fit all 3 of my controllers...i have a wooden sided captains bed, to I screwed it right onto the bed.....of course, anyone who wouldnt want things attached that way could use hooks or tie it on!

Gray ones are usually the DVD and VCR remotes.

I have one of those boxes to put on my nightstand. Ask me how often the remote is in there when I am looking for it?

Oh man, that's me too. Me and your mom have another thing in common. I get all mad trying to find that damn remote. I get up, turn on the light and start shaking the blankets, the comforter and end up finding the remote in some weird spot on the bed.

yes! i hate it too. usually it gets lost somewhere under the covers, after i'm all nice & comfortable. or i'll accidentally drop it and it'll go under the bed. you would think with the buttons being glow in the dark it would help a little. lol.

Actually I have a white remote that goes with my white tv and I still lose that one all the time and I even have one of those boxes I made and sometiems I'm just to lazy to put it in there and I end up losing it, go figure. What I really hate is when I fall asleep with my tv on and I wake up in the middle of the night and see the tv still on and can't find the remote I just had lying next to me so then I have to get up and sake all the covers to see where on my bed the remote is. That is really annoying.
