Filmed Before A Studio Audience?
So, I have been renting L&S through Netflix. It is fun to stroll down memory lane watching these old shows again. L&S was a very funny show!
One thing I was wondering. In the early seasons, you always hear "Laverne & Shirley is filmed before a studio audience". Yet, it is peppered with so many of the traditional "canned laughter" guffaws. So what gives? Live audience or not? |

They may have interjected some "canned" laughter. Just like I Love Lucy was filmed before a studio audience but every now and then you could hear the same lady somewhere saying, "uh oh" then giggle.
