Why did Thelma always act like she was drunk lol?
I found some old tapes of this show and I started watching it today. I don't know if it's the actress but the character of Thelma always acts like she's on something. She's constantly dragging her words and her movement is always all over the place. I like it it's funny, but what woman in real life would you see acting like Thelma was.

LOL. I always thought that there was something off about Thelma as much as I love her. I loved how she would stress and yell her words.
