Dr. Silberman was the psychiatrist who was first seen in 1984's "The Terminator," the film that started this whole thing, where he served as a mental guru for Kyle Reese. Subsequently he appeared in T2 as a shrink at Pescadero State Hospital---- A Criminally Disorganized Facility (a joke in Cameron's original script). Finally he appeared in a cameo role in T3. While in all 3 films the character was played by Earl Boen, in this series he will be played by a new actor and he will now be called Dr. Silverman. His TV debut is in tonight's episode. Stay tuned!
