Just heard this on our local news. Kevin has spoken through his attorney who states that Kevin wants his ex-wife to have visitation with their children. He has allowed her to speak with them over the phone since her rights to share custody were lost.

Good! Maybe since there seems to be a little stability coming into her life now... she'll fight to keep getting better, stay better and get those babies back. You can tell she loves them so much and they need their daddy AND mommy.

KEVIN FEDERLINE has consented to giving BRITNEY SPEARS visitation rights with their two young sons, the Associated Press reports. The ex couple have agreed to modify the court order that stripped Britney of her visitation rights on Jan. 4, K-Fed's lawyer MARK VINCENT KAPLAN said in a statement on Friday, according to the AP.

As we previously reported, the "Toxic" singer has been permitted telephonic contact only with her sons SEAN PRESTON, 2, and JAYDEN JAMES, 1, since the standoff with K-Fed at her home that led to her first hospitalization.
