Lindsay Lohan Poses Nude As Marilyn Monroe - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

In what is likely her greatest role to date, Lindsay Lohan plays Marilyn Monroe between the sheets – literally – in the new spring fashion issue of New York magazine.

Recreating Monroe's legendary 1962 final photo shoot for Bert Stern with the veteran lensman himself, Lohan posed for the spread on Feb. 5 at the Hotel Bel-Air.

When it came to being nude before the camera, "I was comfortable with it," says Lohan, 21 (Monroe was 36 in 1962, the year she died) – though Lindsay does admit to having done "250 crunches" the night before the shoot.

There was also no avoiding the parallels between Monroe's tragic fate – dead from an accidental overdose of prescription medicines – and that, recently, of Heath Ledger's.

"They are both prime examples of what this industry can do to someone," says Lohan.

When it is pointed out to Lohan, who has been in rehab three times, that the possibility may exist of a similar fate for her, the young actress replies with a tinge of annoyance: "I don't know. I'm not them. But I sure as hell wouldn't let it happen to me."

Sorry, doesn't work. Marilyn didn't have a tattoo on her booty.

Her comment in the last paragraph is VERY NAIVE AND VERY STUPID for her to say. She needs more help if she thinks that an early death can't happen to her.

My hopes for all the people with addictions is they get the help they need. Just comments like hers in that last paragraph kinda scares me.

Let's hope and think positive.

The one photo where you see her bosom, her face or rather, the shadows on her face make her face look weird...then again, I am sure you weren't paying attention to her face.

The wig looks awful too.

I was shocked when I saw the photos. Usually when they say nude, you think like the photo above. I really didn't think she would be Playboy nude. lol

They mentioned this earlier tonight on one of the tabloid shows and I thought it was some kind of joke. After all, it's not everyday when a star as big as Lohan poses naked in a magazine.

So I go to a site and see the pics and they blew me away. She's no Marilyn, but then again, who is? Lindsay looks amazing in those pics.

Yeah, I admit, I was too. It seems nowadays some of the magazines will show Playboy style pics. I remember back in the 90's Madonna did a few pics in some fashion magazine (I still have it) where she was nude and also had breast shots. One page was practically BOOBS! Mind you, I know it is Madonna we are talking abt, but the fact these pics were in a fashion magazine blew me away. I was not prepared for those kind of pics.
