Those that grew up in the 80s, I was wondering how you use to decorate your Scott Baio, Heather Locklears, Michael J. Fox, Kirk Cameron, Duran Duran, Matt Dillon, Rick Schrodder, etc....I remember my babysitter Ursula use to have either a Menudo, Duran Duran, Scott Baio, Saun Cassidy collection..they were all over the walls...she even had a Scott Baio album
the woman who was once 16 was a huge teen fan of his work. Not sure today...but she was always keeping of those 16 magazines like a collector's item. I really didn't know the whole thing back in the 80s...but how did you girls keep posters of your favorite stars on the wall in the 80s? Just curious to know. How did you decorate your walls?

I was born in 1984, so naturally, I didn't start decorating my room until the 90s. But I still have a lot of my Michael Jackson posters up on my walls.

You do, my mother had a Michael J. Fox poster of him during his, ahem, Back To The Future days.

No one. I don't like people on my walls. But had I done it, Mark Paul Gosselaar and John Stamos would have been up there.

Ok, ready for my list...I go waaaaaaay back though...
![]() JOHN TRAVOLTA, JOHN TRAVOLTA, JOHN TRAVOLTA...did I mention JOHN TRAVOLTA? ![]() I also had pics of Randolph Mantooth, the dark-haired guy on Emergency! Yeah, I know what you are saying, "Who is THAT?" ![]() And of course, I had a picture of the man in my avatar, Roy Scheider. I also had large movie posters of JAWS and KING KONG (not the original, the remake). |
