Reason for my temporary absence... - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Most of you probably heard of the College shootings in Northern Illinois on Thursday... well my whole dad's side lives out there and 2 of my cousin's attend college at Northern IL so of course when my immediate family heard about it we contacted them and made sure everything was fine which it was. We flew over there just to see them for one night so I've been out and about! but now I'm back home and able to correspond with my Sitcoms Online buddies

FSU, the caps should be up by tomorrow plus I have a break this week so it should be soon.

Have some patience, will you. Littlebelle is recovering from a traumatic family event. I can't believe you're bugging her for ANYTHING. It's obvious your apology was lip service. Janice, that really hurts my feelings.

First of all, I really did not know why she was absent until just yesterday.

Secomd, littlebelle and I are very close friends; she's not just some random person who I met. We both share messages on Facebook.

If I had known what happened, I would have acted differently. I thought she was just dealing with something different, OK?

Also, I really do feel bad given what she's going through.

THAT'S what I put up the apology.

Well you know now, so why are you rushing her? Relax. People do things on their own time, not yours. What good is an apology if you're still rushing her. Only this time, you're being nicer, and not yelling and demanding. The end result is the same. You're being pushy. Have some patience and understanding. That's how friends behave with each other. It's not about you now. It's about her, and what her family went through.

I'm not a patient guy. You are correct there. I'll admit that. Even I know what my flaws are.

I didn't mind what you said to me earlier, nevertheless.

But when you said the words "lip service," that was a low blow.
