(This posting contains spoilers)
I watched this ep on scifi last night and noticed beauty Anne Francis (Marsha) referring to her character's mother as if she lives far away! I had seen this ep before many times but I never caught the far away bit. It seemd stranger to me the way I originally misunderstood the ep that when Marsha turns out to be a mannequin(sp?) that she had thought she had a mom because I thought Marsha thought her mom was somebody she saw everyday! Believing her mother lived far away and that she hadn't seen her in a long time explains the mom-delusion much better! I think the dummies in the ep are supposed to be alive and thinking because they come from wood that was once alive! |
