‘Battlestar Galactica’ Reenters Sci Fi’s Orbit In March - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Sci Fi Channel’s Battlestar Galactica will return for its fourth original season March 28 at 10 p.m. with two back-to-back half-hour specials, with the first new episode premiering the following week, April 4, officials said Friday.

Battlestar Galactica: Revisited will serve up the essential information on the series’ past three seasons, providing the uninitiated with an introduction to the characters, relationships and drama that have captured the imagination of audiences around the world. Galactica’s executive producers, Ronald D. Moore and David Eick serve as guides, providing insights and revelations about the critically acclaimed series.

Battlestar Galactica: The Phenomenon is a celebrity-studded celebration of the show’s impact on pop culture. Actor Seth Green, country music’s Brad Paisley and Talk Soup’s Joel McHale, among others, will wax poetic about the series.

As season four opens, the last remnants of humanity continue their search for a new home, the thin line that separates them from the rapidly evolving Cylons is being redrawn. Galactica's crew, rocked by Starbuck's sudden and mysterious return from the dead -- and her claims that she has been to Earth and can lead them there -- attempts to make sense of the inexplicable. Meanwhile, four member of the fleet are still reeling from the revelation that they are are Cylons and have been all along.

Is it possible to change the thread title as the premiere got pushed back?!

Anywho, so excited for next Friday! I've been watching my entire BSG dvd collection religiously so that everything will be fresh on my mind. And there's a couple of special on tonight too that I'm definitely checking out.

And I just have to ask the NY/LA fans - have you guys seen the pizza promotion Sci-Fi is doing? Supposedly, during the premiere, you can get a free pizza (from a list of participating restaurants in your area of course) but you have to say "I want to order a frakkin pizza!" And it comes in this fancy, limited-edition type pizza box.
Funny, right? Have ya'll heard anything bout that? Bet you there'd be a lot of die-hard BSG fans that would do it just for the memento!
