According to Bloody Disgusting, Rob Zombie is taking meetings with Nu Image and Lions Gate, the dual shingles behind the relaunch of the “Barbarian”, about possibly being the man to give audiences their first Schwarzenegger-less “Conan” movie.

Initially, original "Conan" planned to bring Schwarzenegger back for one more "Conan" movie, "King Conan". The studio had other ideas though - most notably, they wanted a remake.
