What black and white episode was this?

I stumbled across a photo with Mary Tyler Moore sitting on top the back of Dick Van Dyke. I wanted to post the photo but I don't know how to do it.


He is laying on his stomach and she is sitting on him and I just thought that was ODD for that time.

Did some searching, it could be from the episode "My Mother Can Beat Up My Father". Laura judo flips a drunk who punches Rob and, can't remember the episode completely, I think Laura goes on a judo frenzy throughout the episode.

That's not a still from "My Mother Can Beat Up My Father", although I can certainly see how one could come that conclusion.
That's actually a publicity, or "pub" photo, and not a film "still" at all. They did scores of them back then. They were used to emphasize a particular episode, scene, or plot. I get the feeling they were also just for fun.
Anyway, to answer your question, that pic promotes season one's episode #2, "The Meershatz Pipe," scene 3, in which a sick Rob insist upon going to work, yet Laura proves he is so weak, he can't even outwrestle a "112 lb woman."

That's correct.
In the episode, Rob is actually lying in bed, Laura is standing bedside, leaning over him, and restraining him by the shoulders. Rob, try as he may, cannot budge her.
