Old Christine is brilliant ! They have just shown series one and two here in the u.k. Julia Louis Dreyfuss is very, very funny. The kid and the ex-husband are good too.

Yeah, Barb is good. I 've never heard of any of the actors in this show, (maybe cos i'm in England !) Since watching Old Christine i saw the actresses who play the two school mums with whom christine is always bickering with in an episode of Fraiser (my fave sitcom), and Friends. I've read that JLD was in Seinfeld. Can anyone tell me if JLD had a main part and was she in the whole series of Seinfeld.

yes; this show is HILARIOUS!!! Julia-Louise Dreyfus is soooo funny in it!!! I think it's safe to say that she's broken the supposed "Sienfeld curse".

And from what I just read, it's getting GREAT ratings so I'm SURE CBS will renew it.
