Kelly Osbourne: 'I'll Always Be An Addict' - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Kelly Osbourne may be a self-confessed addict who has trust issues with men ... but she's the happiest she's ever been.

"I was born an addict and I'll always be an addict," Osbourne, 23, tells Fabulous magazine, a new supplement from the News of The World. "But I've learned to live with it."

The youngest Osbourne, who checked into rehab in 2004, during the filming of her family's reality TV show says: "There are different levels of addiction, whether it be drugs, spending money, overeating or painting your nails 17 times a day. It's an addictive gene and you have it the rest of your life."

The secret is, one must learn to live with it. "I talk to therapists. I don't rely on them; they're there when I need them," she says. "Right now I'm the happiest I've ever been!"

Dating a Drummer
Osbourne, who has been dating British drummer Matt Emerson for several months, admits to being wary of relationships. "I don't trust boys," she says. "I've fallen head over heels twice and got hurt. Now I'm so guarded that when it gets to that point, I jump ship. I'm frightened I'll get hurt again."

Will Emerson become an official boyfriend? "I want to be taken out for dinner and know something about them before they become my boyfriend," she says.

Dinners aside, Osbourne has been a regular on the London party scene since she starred in the West End production of Chicago last fall – and has been looking toned and trim ever since.

Still, she takes criticism of her physique to heart. "The word 'fat' bothers me most," she says. "I'm a size 8-10 and I don't think that's fat. I am who I am. I was born this way. I'm not going to torture myself so that I look 'socially acceptable.' "

I used to love watching The Osbournes! I used to laugh my butt off! That article is wrong about 1 thing! Kelly is not the youngest Osbourne! Jack is the youngest Osbourne! I kinda like her music. I've got one of her CDs. I wish MTV would show re-runs of The Osbournes!
