roseanne season 1 - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

i was browsing amazon and came across a complete series of roseanne. they have a picture of the product posted, and it shows the dvds. I'm not really sure why, but season 1 is red with red lettering in the picture, and its also missing the "Anchor Bay" logo, it has a carsey werner logo instead. does anybody have any idea about why its different?
