Default Lake Wales haunting - Real or a hoax?

Do you guys think the story was for real? I'm starting to have doubts about the story myself because some of the stuff that happened doesn't seem credible.

this case is a bit of a forum joke. I think very few people believe the story. entertaining to watch, though

I agree.
Entertaining as hell.
But not credible at all.

Help me out... For some reason I can't remember the details of this one. I'm sure I will if someone reminds me.

Thanks, man... that's all I needed!

I think when Alan said his wife had a weird voice and pinned him down, I laughed so hard I fell off the couch.

FAKE all the way. . .

p.s. doesn't Mom knock on the door and tell the young couple to keep the 'bed noises' down? I couldn't imagine that embarassment.

Well, I think this one falls into the "unsolved" category as it technically can't be proven nor disproven. However, I tend to think this story is a hoax. I think most people here do. Regardless, it will go down in the halls of UM infamy for having some of the most unintentionally funny moments and dialog ever in a UM show.

In that event, Alan's girl has to be the first one I've heard of who is into S&M.....which in this case would stand for 'Supernatural & Mysterious'

This one scared the heck out of me when I was a kid. I found it entertaining as I got older. I'm not completely convinced it was a hoax though; stranger things have happened.

Is this the same one where the guy and his wife are in the living room one night and he suddenly asked her where "Liza" was or some completely random name to that effect that his wife had never heard before and they later found out it turned out to be the name of the former woman who lived in the house before them and hence assumingly the "ghost "that was haunting them?

Yeah, except I think the name was Isabella. Then they played Ouija board and got the name sirname "Krammer". So the ghost's name was Isabella Krammer. Not so surprisingly, there were never any records found of anyone with that name who had lived in the house in previously.
