I hadn't seen a thread on the results of Kanye West's mother autopsy results here on the board. So here it is.

JANUARY 10--Rapper Kanye West's mother died of coronary artery disease and various complications from plastic surgery, according to autopsy results released today by the Los Angeles coroner. Donda West, 58, died last November following a series of plastic surgeries, including a breast reduction, liposuction, and a tummy tuck, all of which were performed by Dr. Jan Adams. A copy of the West autopsy can be found below. According to the report, following the November 9 cosmetic procedures, West returned to her L.A. home "even though she was advised that she receive post-operative care at another facility." While at home, West was in pain and breathing heavily, though she was ambulatory. At the end of her first post-operative day at home, West "was left unattended and found unresponsive on the bed." The coroner concluded that West's breathing difficulties "may have triggered the cardiac event" that led to her demise and that she died from some pre-existing coronary artery disease and multiple post-operative factors following surgery."
