Wow, it's actually not a Fresh Prince week. This time, it's Home Improvement! I'm thrilled! But Pavan, I thought George Lopez was doing a lot better in the ratings then Home Improvement. Wonder why they didn't air a week of George Lopez instead.

I knew this Valentine's thing was going to be the same old story. I was hoping for possibly an episode or two of Roseanne and Cosby. Why can't they just air those shows once in awhile? Do they have to continuously air the 3 three shows? I'm already sick of it.

They can't air a full week of George like that because it is also in syndication on local channels for its first year right now. The deal doesn't allow it do that right now. But maybe in a year or two, you'll see something like a full week marathon.

That's right, I forgot about that. I guess you should tell Solomon that before he comes here and comlains about George Lopez again-LOL

I'm still shocked NAN is still airing a week of Home Improvement. That entire week, we won't be seeing any Fresh Prince whatsoever. How great is that? I guess Nick at Nite is listening to our complaints, but still airing 3 shows all the time isn't enough. Family Matters is still coming in March, right?

I wonder why they even renewed the contract for Roseanne in the first place, if they have no plans to air it.

Family Matters is coming in March, as far as I know. As early as March 3. Details will come in a few weeks, I'm sure. Look out for promos.

I'm hoping Family Matters does well. It would be a great addition to the lineup, and would give us more variety (with only 4 shows-LOL).

They'd probably air it leading off the night, maybe at 8:30 and 9pm, like Full House used to do. Both shows are very similar, and I could definitely see Family Matters as a transitional show.

I just the blog today, and it's sad to hear that Family Matters is leaving ABC Family. It seems like i'ts always been one of the top rated daytime shows on the channel. It'll definitely seem weird having something else in the 7am and 1pm slots, because Family Matters has anchored there for so long.

I'll tell you, ABC Family is definitely not the same channel anymore. No more Family Matters, Step by Step, or Boy Meets World, which were always the shows I watched for. I occassionally watch Sabrina and What I Like About You, but besides that, the entire channel has gone downhill.

Step by Step airs at 9am still...

I would move SBS to 7-8am and 1-2pm and bring back Hogan Family to weekdays at 9am.

Wasn't there a way NAN and ABC Family could share Family Matters? My 1pm slot will definitely be empty for awhile.

I think Step by Step will be gone once again soon, if not by March. It's been shoved around too many times, and ABC Family really seems to be going in a newer direction. Do they have any plans for any new shows soon? I know My Wife and Kids and That 70's Show are coming in the fall.

If they bring Hogan Family back (which they should) they should do Step by Step at 7am, Hogan Family at 8pm, and maybe an episode of Sabrina or WILAY at 9am, then Full House at 12pm, Sabrina at 1pm, Sister Sister at 2pm, Full House at 3pm, and WILAY at 4pm.

The deal for Family Matters is exclusive for cable, so only one channel can air it. Step by Step has been on the network since like 2001 and it has always done well. It is licensed until 2010.
