Second in my top 5

Hi All,

Alice is my second all time favorite TV show.

I was crazed back in the 70's with the show. I could not wait till the ratings were released and I loved it when "Alice" beat "All In The Family". I have the TV Guide issues plus some local TV magazines.

Of course the Flo years were the best but, I did however get to like Jolene very much. I didn't care much for Belle but I always watched the show.

I remember calling CBS when they switched the show to the dreaded Wednesday slot. The receptionist thought I was nuts, which I was. I still use the catch phrase "KMG" to this day..some folks have no idea what that means.

Can't wait to get a full season on disc. Maybe Linda and Polly would comment on the so called feud.

I was the same way when Alice came out. I had a crush on Linda Lavin and no matter what she may have done in terms with her fallouts with Polly Holliday and Diane Ladd she still is one of my favorite all time sitcom actress. I do enjoy her singing especially when she does Cole Porter tunes.

I doubt if there would be any commentary on their feud. Diane Ladd made a statement on E about her experiences on Alice and it was not good. She said she was there on Polly's last day on the show and she told Diane good luck with the show.
