Not really the best head coach job of course but he's a great offensive coordinator. He was the chargers offensive coordinator look how he turned nobody's into somebody example antonio gates. As a coordinator yes as a head coach no no at least not for a while.

Cam Cameron was a good coordinator for the Chargers. Was he a good head coach? Who really knows, he only had a year on the job. Remember, Jimmy Johnson was like 1-15 when he started out in Dallas.

I know he was a STUPID COACH, once the Dolphins were 0-9 and 0-10 he would still PUNT on 4th and 3-lol
