i think you are talking about a "what's happening now" episode

It was an "Whats Happening Now" episode. The name of it was "The Challenger" and it aired during the first season. TV.com states that it was the 13th produced episode of the season but does not give an exact air date. I saw it in both syndication and on the DVD and the premise is that Raj was filming a commercial for the diner and challenges a wrestler to a fight inadvertenly thinking it was all for show. It was funny but the choreography was awful.
