Did Frank and Marie ever kiss on the show? And did Peter Boyle and Doris Roberts get along outside of the show?

I don't really remember but I'm sure they did. Peter and Doris got along really well outside of the show. When Peter died, Doris remembered him as a gentle, sweet, and funny man.
