Default How Come The Winslows Always Let Steve Come Over Their House Since They Hated Him?

I don't understand how every episode he was always at their house and they couldn't stand him. Steve got on my nerves being a pest because he should've left them alone when they told him lots of times they didn't wanna be bothered with him especially Carl and Laura.

What I don't understand is that why they never kept their door locked and why they moved him in later in the series.

Steve moved in with them? I don't remember that. I do remember him moving in with Eddie and Waldo at their apartment. I don't know why a guy as cool as Eddie would wanna live with 2 losers in Steve and Waldo LOL.

Yeah, it was later in the series. Family Channel is currently showing those episodes. I watched one episode yesterday before I went to work.

Yes, they yelled at him a lot, because he was annoying and so clumsy! But everytime they yelled at him, they felt sorry for him and gave him an apology. Because they do really like Steve cause he is nice, and every thing he does is not on purpose. So they never hated him.

Didn't he move in with them in season 5 or 6? And even when his parents eventually did return from Russia, he still lived with them. When he went to college, he still lived with them. I know if I were the Winslows, I would have put double locks on ALL the doors.

Steve actually made himself a key to the Winslow house!!!

I don't think Steve is annoying, but it wasn't like they could keep him out, because he always managed to come there, because his own parents didn't like him.

Steve moved in with the Winslows in season 7, after his termites had destroyed Eddy's and Waldo's apartment. After that, Eddy had to move back home to his parents, and Steve followed him, because his parents were in Russia.

I dont think Steve was annoying either. But the Winslows thought so. Yesh, the last episode of season 6 is on TV in Sweden today, I think it's the one when he moves in with them.

LOL@Roseanne saying she would've put double locks on her house door to keep Steve out hahahahahahahahahahahaha. I would've done the same thing. Steve was annoying and very clumsy. I was watching a episode yesterday when he sat down with Carl and Harriet to watch The Wiz movie and Steve had some popcorn. As soon as he put his feet up, he knocked over the popcorn and juice that was on the table in front of him and he got Carl wet. That would've pissed me off if i was Carl. I saw another episode when Steve knocked over some juice on Carl and the juice got him all wet and Carl was very upset. A person as clumsy as Steve, i definitely would've kept him outta my house. As a matter of fact, i would've moved far away from Steve hahahahahahahahahahaha. That's a damn shame that Steve's parents didn't wanna be bothered with him LOL.

He IS very clumsy, but he can't help that. I would just keep fragile things away from him.

Although I think Steve had a great heart and just wanted to be loved, I don't understand how some people on this board do not find Steve annoying, he was annoying. It is like they refuse to say anything negative about Steve just because they like him. He had his good points but the fact is that he was clumsy and constantly breaking things. And why should the Winslows keep anything fragile away from him, it is their house and he broke windows, that coffee table in the living room like 500 times among other things. Now if you had someone who kept coming over to your house unnannouced and kept breaking things you would not call him annoying, give me a break!

But it seems like the Winslows liked Steve more than what they would admit. I even wonder if they didn't like him more than what his own parents did. Carl had to do a lot of fatherly things for him, and when it came down to it, Eddy was his friend. Even the bitch Laura had feelings, which she tried to hide for years.

You're right. The Winslows really liked him even though they thought he was annoying.

I understand that the Winslows deep down really liked Steve, more than they admitted, I agree with that completely, but to say he was not annoying is ridiculous.
