Default Goof-Birthday Present

I was wondering, remember when raj, dwayne and re-run was arrested, trying to buy a shirt for his mother on her birthday knowing goodness well she could not fit that shirt-lol- how about when Old Lady Millie was brought in by the arresting officer and the manager of the store let her go, he asked millie what did she steal this time, millie said a toaster. How in the hell can she still a toaster out of a clothing store?

Maybe the store was like some of the department stores that sell clothes and kitchen appliances, children's toys.etc. We have several stores like that. Of course, the set only showed clothing, but use your imagination and then assume it is a store like that. Those kinds of stores are plentiful.

The guys were crazy to not notice the shirt wasn't going to fit Mama. That shirt was too small. They should have used Rerun as a model.

It was a very small clothing store--that's all I saw in the background were clothes.

Well of course, I doubt they had the budget to showcase a bigger set. Some tv productions can afford more elaborate sets. I get the feeling, WH was on a limited budget. Besides, they were not concerned with how well the set appeared in the background, just merely a setting.

I got you the first time around.

I am merely saying there are small stores that also sell other items as well. It is not unusual.

BTW, you can use the QUOTE button rather than copy and paste my comment and then using red to respond.

I have wondered that for years. I am so glad that someone decided to post the topic about the shirt.
