Default Alice was acting like a "WHITE FLORIDA EVANS" in the ep-"Tommy TKO"-LOL

She wanted him to just keep getting BULLIED by a kid at school and not fight back???? The same way Florida didn't want michael to fight. Alice had to know she was raising a BOY and not a GIRL.

BTW: this was a odd storyline because Tommy was TOO BIG to be getting picked on-lol Usually when you see a storyline with a kid getting bullied it's when they are in 3rd grade or 4th not HIGHSCHOOL

Bullies come in all ages. Some end up being bosses.

Yes, he was too big. This storyline would have worked in season 1. Tommy looked bigger and taller than the so-called bully.

Tommy got bulied because he didn't have a man figure in his life. Alice should have appreciated Mel for trying to be a father figure. She saw how Mel took matters in his own hands.

My boyfriend agrees with you Solomon regarding Tommy being too old to be bullied, rather he is too old to be taking that kind of abuse.

I knew some girls in high school who were bullies and I felt bad for the girls who got beat up on. The guys, well, I can't say I actually saw bullying, but there were lots of lunch time fights.
