Default Why so much complaining over the dvds?

Not to be rude or anything, but why so much complaining, over the dvds? Sure, I would like to see, them done right too. But, I just enjoy the fact, that the show is on dvd. Would you rather it not be? Its just tiring reading, the same thing over and over. Again this is not to be rude, I just think why waste time complaining?

Me too! I can live with bad Quality or missing Scenes ... as long as I will have all Episodes on Dvd.

I think it's because paramount wants fans to pay for the show on DVD that is incomplete and that shouldn't be the case if the DVD's cost money. Now if it was free and being given away then no one would complain. Or you can just do like I'm doing and not buy any of the DVD's since it's poorly presented to the fans of the show

while I am glad to have the show on DVD, if they release something with the quality that the Season 2 set has it feels like a complete rip-off because you'd have better quality and more music just watching the show on TV in syndication.

...and lets be honest here, if no one complains then they have no reason to put out sets that are any good.

Good Point.

To name the Things, one dislikes is ok ... but not all the time ... and not over and over again.

Anyway...S3 is a good Box, so I hope, the other ones will be released the same way.

unlike season 1 or 3 they didn't make any effort to clean up the video or audio, so in some places it is very poor quality - worse than what you would get if you recorded the show off of tv, onto a VHS cassette, and then transferred it to another VHS tape.

I can understand the music cuts - I don't LIKE them, but I can understand why they have to do it in some cases, but to make no effort to clean up the episodes is unacceptable.

I think that CBS/Paramount got the message about that though, and hopefully future release will be on par with Season 3, with minimal music substitutions or scene cuts and an effort to make the audio and video as good as possible.

I do agree that it can get tiresome with all the complaining, but I am hopeful that future releases will put an end to that.

We should all be so greatful that cbs/paramount home video entertainment got the messages based on the poor reviews that they got from season 2, and made up for it on season 3 which really become popular. They address the most important issues which was a huge step, but from what i have been reading on the reviews about for episodes that has been edited or cut was kind of a shame, but they no what they have too improve on. I watch season 3 every other day just too watch, the color looks hot restored i mean with some episodes, so why complain, they no what they have too do, but remember it is us the fans wo are buying there dvd's, if season 3 was not good then i woudn't have bought.

Well, some parts that were seen on syndicated versions are left out on the DVD which is more than some people can take so you can't blame them for complaining.
