Bobby Brown's attempt to overturn ex-wife Whitney Houston's divorce terms was denied by an Orange County, Calif. judge Friday.
"His motion was denied because there were no appearances or phone calls from Mr. Brown today for a scheduled hearing," said court spokeswoman Carole Levitsky. "As of now, there are no more pending court dates in this case." A rep for Brown did not immediately respond for comment. In April 2007, Houston won a default judgment in their divorce – leaving Brown with nothing financially and only visitation rights over daughter Bobbi Kristina, 14. The following month, Brown, 38, sued Houston, 44, for spousal support and shared custody, alleging he was duped into not responding in time to Houston's initial divorce claim. "I just miss my daughter," Brown told PEOPLE last August. "The goal is to see her a lot more and to be involved in the decision making in her life." Houston, who currently lives in Atlanta, is working on another album with longtime mentor Clive Davis. http://www.people.com/people/article...169638,00.html |

I didn't even know that a divorce could be "overturned" or that a party could be totally left out of any monetary settlement.
Glad to hear that he has been though - afterall, he ruined her career for her. I truly hope she can come back under Clive's guidance. It was so sad to see her when she was in the depths of Brown's clutches back a couple of years ago. |

Hey Bobby, I have an idea!
Try yelling out "Do over!" I did it all the time when I played games as a kid and it always worked!

Bobby Brown, just go on and do your country music whatever genre. Leave Whitney out of this.

Bobby has some serious issues and he's a ******. I've tried to support him when everybody else sh*tted on him but i'm not gonna support a guy who isn't smart. He needs to leave Whitney alone and realize that the reason she left his dumb ass is because he's ignorant. I don't blame her for not wanting him to see their daughter. He's not a good father i'm sure. I wondered why he stopped doing solo albums because i like all of his solo albums. As a matter of fact, i was listening to his first album King Of Stage yesterday and i'm listening to his Bobby album right now in the car that has the songs Humpin Around, Get Away, Good Enough, Something In Common with Whitney. His last album Forever was very good and it's a shame nobody listened to it. New Edition would've let him continue to do albums with them if he had some damn sense and stopped acting immature. Did ya'll see him in Ja Rule's Thug Lovin video? He looked like he was high on crack hahahahahahahahahaha. He had some teeth missing LOL.
