The original Charlie's Angels have been reunited by Farrah Fawcett's cancer battle. The 60-year-old actress is currently jetting between her U.S. home and a clinic in Germany where she is being treated for anal cancer.

According to the National Enquirer, she is being comforted between trips by former co-stars and cancer survivors Kate Jackson and Jaclyn Smith.

Jackson beat two bouts of breast cancer in 1987 and 1989 and Jaclyn won her fight with the disease in 2002.

A source tells the tabloid, "Jaclyn and Kate have been there for Farrah throughout her cancer ordeal. They're constantly dropping by to check up on her, bringing meals and special treats. And they all talk by phone daily."
