Default The N@N High and Low for the Year of 2007

For me the High was adding George Lopez to the lineup

the Low was the multiple airings of Fresh Prince

The low part (airing Fresh Prince to death) will continue until the next millenium. That will be your low on next year's thread and so on and so on and so on.

God, 8 airings of Fresh Prince from 2 a.m. til whatever is absolutely disgusting and pathetic!!! That doesn't include the 2 airings that occur at 11 p.m.

You couldn't be more right. It's absolutely disgusting, and there's nothing more to it than that. How the hell can 1 show be so damn popular, airing after airing after airing?

So, that's my low point (if you haven't already guessed). I don't even have a real high point for this network this year (although, the closest thing to it would probably be adding Growing Pains to the lineup, although it only stayed there for about 2 weeks)

I thought Home improvement would be your highpoint?

I like Home Improvement, but I haven't watched much since it premiered on Nick at Nite. Plus WTB was always on at 9pm, and now Drew Carey is. I own the show on DVD, so there's really no need to watch.

Well, I have to say adding GL but N@N should be airing older shows, not new shows. But since they did, I am glad it was GL. Our local channel also airs GL but they air it kinda late.

N@N has no interest in shows from the 80's

Roseanne began in 1987.

Nope, 2 months before 1989, so the show only aired 14 months of the 1980's decade which would make it a 90's show

Oops. I meant 1989. I remember I was mad because I was working evenings at that time and I was missing watching Roseanne. I eventually had to record it on my VCR.

well, I think Roseanne is generally regarded as a 90's show since that was when the show was it's strongest. Kinda like how Diff'rent Strokes is generally agreed as an 80's show though it started in 1978, because it's strongest period was the early 80's, not late 70's. To me, 1991-1994 was truly Roseanne's greatest period.
