Default You enjoy watching the cable station (TBS) or (TVLand/N@N)?

TBS to me is the Cable Channel Champion of TV shows and they treat their shows so well and it's been that way for years. Only if TBS could show the TV shows that TVLAND or N@N airs that station would be even better.

I just think TBS should show more shows before 1990, espcially in primetime.

What is your choice?

N@N/TVland have the better shows and TBS has the better editing. When will there be a day a cable station has both? TV one is close to being that but it' too ONESIDED

Since I'm mad at TVLand and all N@N shows is 'Fresh Prince', I'm going with TBS. I like how they add four episodes of 'Home Improvement' back to back around lunch time. And I agree they could pick up more older shows, like 'All in the Family.' At least it will probably get repect at TBS.

TBS did such a better job with Three's Company than N@N or TV Land. They have editing professionals, not Interns-lol

TBS never edited the Three's Company copies. DLT Entertainment did. TBS used the same prints as local syndication edits.
And I think TBS does that for all their shows...uses the local syndication prints.

TV Land and Nick at Nite do their own editing. The pros for that are usually the tag scenes are shown as well as the full opening themes of a show.

Well I wished N@N used the local syndication edits like TBS did, it was only because of TBS that allowec me to see Jack tripper's full dance scene before season 6 came out on DVD.

TBS is by far the best. I remember in the 90s it was amazing. Full House, Family Matters, Fresh Prince, Saved by the Bell, sooo many others

ABC Family imo is also one of the better cable networks, too bad TNN had to become Spike (aka Star Trek TV)

The only show I watch on TBS is Home Improvement, and I can watch that on N@N. Plus I love George Lopez, so N@N. TBS has alot more commercials too, and for Home Improvement, I though TBS did bad editing. They cut important scenes, N@N didn't.

I enjoy TVOne. I too wish it would add more black-oriented shows that had white cast members, not just all black cast members. Right now they are airing a PJ's marathon. That will air til 2:30 a.m.

Not that's surprising to hear because Fresh Prince on TBS has all the funny scenes in tact but they are all CUT OUT on N@N.

TBS is far from what they use to be, Nick at Nite is nothing but repetitive garbage, and TV Land stopped being TV land for a couple of years. If they stop changing their schedule all the time, they would be ok.
