We need to use the FOIA in Circleville, Ohio
The Freedom of Information Act needs to be invoked by someone here in order to obtain the Circleville letters.
 This case still bothers me. It's like when you forget someone's name and you can't stop thinking about it until you remember. This case has that same nagging effect on me. The answer must be in the letters. "You can't forget that once we set 'em up, they stay set-up. HA HA"
