It is from "Hearts and Flowers" (where an efficiency espert at the flower shop (Bobbi) is driving Janet nuts and JAck asks her out). Furley and Terri go down there, pretending to be customers buying for a wedding, and they drive her nuts asking first for nails, then for a hammer. It is so funny, I crack up every time I see it.

Yeah I agree. That scene was so funny. Don Knotts and Priscilla Barnes did a good job in that scene. It was one of the few times that I thought Priscilla Barnes was funny.

It was pretty funny when the boss came out and they made Bobbi look like she was crazy.

Agreed. One of the top 10 scenes for the series. I have this on my DVR and always just watch that part. Also Jack's best line telling Bobbi while he's on his knees "You dont even remember binky!", LMAO!
