This is nothing new, but this shall teach everyone a lesson on plastic surgery. It really can make you look like a mummy within a day.

Though honestly, MJ is really a tall gangly gremlin that somehow resurfaced as a human being. No wonder the last Tranny gremlin survived in the sequel....it resurfaced to MJ, which is probably why he hates the sunlight.
