I think it's wrong to make such a blanket statement like "FedEx can't be trusted."
To answer your question, I've never had a problem with FedEx. |

I hate dealing with fedex, just because if they miss me, their nearest location is on the other side of town. So I either have to drive all the way out there, or wait longer.
I've only had to do that once, with my cellphone, because they refused to leave it at my apt. |

Me personally, no I've never had problems with Fed-Ex, but it is so close to Christmas, I wouldn't be surprised that a lot of people would have some problems with the postal service right now. I hope they find your gift card and you get it back, Jen.

Jenny, my dad uses FedEx all the time and I don't think that he has ever had any proplems with them. I think Kelly is correct about the problem having to do more with the time of year than with the company itself. Also, I'm not really sure the service represenative that you delt with was so much lying, but more along the line of that in many large corporations, the company's right hand doesn't always know what it's left hand is doing. I think that is a problem with big business where we are just numbers on a computer.

I've had my share of problems with FedEX, and my iPod with an estimated delivery date of tomorrow is still in Memphis, TN
, but just be thankful you aren't dealing with Purolator.I shiver whenever I hear the p-word. |
