Billy "Red Pepper Sam" Costello - while he only did the voice of Popeye for a few of the cartoons before being fired (for being a Prima Donna, apparently), he none the less deserves a mention, for having originated the voice.

That's correct. He also replaced Robin Williams in the second movie, but Robin
returned for the third Aladdin movie.

That's Clarence "Ducky" Nash, and he is on my list above.

Trivia note: Wayne Allwine (the third voice of Mickey Mouse) is married to
Russi Taylor (the current voice of Minnie Mouse)!

Interestingly, Lorenzo Music replaced Bill Murray in the cartoon version of
GHOSTBUSTERS; while Bill Murray replaced Lorenzo Music as the voice of
Garfield in "Garfield" the movie! And, yes, Music was also heard on Disney's
GUMMI BEARS (not to mention as Carlton the doorman on RHODA and on
the Carlton animated TV special).

I suppose, by the same token, Gus Wickie is noteworthy for being the first
Bluto (although Jackson Beck probably did the voice for the longest time,
esp. if one counts the 1960s made-for-TV cartoons in which the character
was renamed Brutus). By the time, Hanna-Barbera got a hold of Popeye,
Allan Melvin ("Magilla Gorilla") was Bluto (yeah, they returned to the original
name).

Of course, due to space limitations here, it was impossible to list all the voice
credits for each actor. So I picked what I thought would be the best known.

No, you're wrong. Paul Winchell voiced both Gargamel and Dick Dastardly.
