Dreamgirls premieres on HBO tomorrow night - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I wasn't around here when this movie came out but it's making it's television debut tomorrow night on HBO. I saw this movie the day after it's release and I loved every minute of it, on the big screen it's fantastic. I've since bought the DVD and seen it a couple more times. Of all the musicals that have come out in the past several years, this without a doubt has been my favorite (Hairspray would come in a fairly close second). I don't care at all for Jamie Foxx, but even he impressed me in it. The entire cast was amazing and it was without a doubt Eddie's best non-animated performance in ages. The crowd I saw it with was so into the movie that everyone literally stood up and applauded after the "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going" and "Listen" sequences

Damn I wish I still had HBO. I guess I can add this to the list of DVDs I want.

How funny, you and I were just discussing this movie the other day John.

I also canceled my HBO and other premium channels. Oh well.
