Default When a New Movie comes out do you like to see it in the theaters on it's

OPENING NIGHT or do you prefer to wait a week or two when it's less crowded?

I will be going tothe movies tonight and really don't want to go see the Will smith movie since it's come out tonight since I'm trying to make an impression but I really hate going on a night like tonight. So I will just step outside my regular self and pretend I'm not bothered by the Theater Conjestion-lol

I want to see I am Legend too. I usually wait until the crowd dies down. It's better when the theater is less crowded. Sometimes some people just can't shut up! After Christmas I am going to see it. It looks like it is going to be really good.

When I was your age Solomon, I used to see big movies on opening night, or I would see them the following week, on a weeknight. Yeah, just go and suck it up, and pretend you're a patient guy and that the maddening crowd doesn't bother you, lol.

it depends on how much I wanna see it, but it also depends on who the audience is. For instance, I love the Harry Potter movies and since the second one, I've seen them all in the theater, but I know it would be too loaded with children the first few days (even tho not so much now since adults have practically stolen Harry Potter away from the kids) and I HATE being in an audience full of children so I always wait a week or two. Dreamgirls, I went to see the day after it came out because I knew it would be mainly adults (and I was the only white male in the audience too, ROFL!!!)

I've never understood people who simply need to see movies on opening night. I have some relatives like that. It's stupid, IMO.
When I go see a movie, I like to actually watch the movie and not listen to a big hoard of people crunching popcorn every second.

I mean, even if it is a movie that you really, really want to see and you have been waiting for it to come out, you'd think you'd want to watch it when it is not so crowded so you can enjoy it.

I don't mind opening night and crowds, I just don't like it when I can't find two seats that are together.

I hate crowds to begin with. I'll see a weekday matinee (when the kiddies are in school, that is ), or better yet, wait for the DVD and I can watch it at home in peace.
