the one where Ricky gets his pics in LIFE magazine and Lucy is furious she didn't get her pic in there. Ricky gives Lucy a part in his show to prove how hard show business really is.

Well, we all see Lucy in the background doing all kinds of funny things while Ricky is singing. We later see her being pulled up into the air by Fred.

This is my observation and question: Why is there an American flag right behind Lucy? I never paid attention to that before and today I seen it and I was saying, "Why is that there for the Lady in Spain number?"

I've never noticed that. I'll have to check that out. By the way, that is one of my favorite episodes. I laugh my tush off every time I see it.

Maybe they were trying to americanize the Lady of Spain and give her the citizenship!
