Song help - American Bandstand clip

Hi all -

While zapping through channels yesterday, I came across American Dreams.
I can't tell you the episode number or season, since I've never seen it before.
The action was taking place at an American Bandstand show.... I only saw a couple of minutes so I can't really say what was going on in the story, except a female writer asked some guy on the set if she could get her picture in an article byline.

Anyways, the studio monitors showed a black and white music clip from the original American Bandstand show, with Paul Anka at the piano showing Dick Clark (?) how to do train whistle backing vocals. He then played a boogie woogie style song with a female vocalist singing something about trains.
The camera moved around the studio, with the audience getting on its feet and dancing.

That's all I saw but that song stuck in my mind. Any ideas what it might be?
