do you think that they decided that jinny should only have two brothers instead of three like it says on her character info on the lifetime site or do you think he will be introduced at a later time?

He was probably a convicted...something or other... who will be introdued at a later time when he gets parole.

I really wouldn't get worried about the fact they haven't introduced the third brother yet. For an hour long show that develops over time, this show is in it's infancy and you shouldn't expect everything to be unveiled or solved in the first season. I'm an X-Files fan and it's in season 8 and they still haven't solved questions from the first season!!
