I somoehow messed up my recording, did he defect and stay in America, or did he go back to Mother Russia ?

he went home...the two missile guys made some sort of compromise that they tore up (I guess they became friends), but yakov's brother told yakov and harry from jail that he would miss this park he went to in leningrad, and that made him realize that he would never be able to go home if he stayed here in the US...hope this helps!

god did i hate him he really got on my nerves i just can not watch episodes with him in it at all never made me laugh
