Default Tonight's Episode...GOPHER IT

Hank has another great idea on how Dog River can increase its tourism, and this one actually works, but has far-reaching consequences. Dog River's sudden fame causes an up-swing in business for both Brent and Lacey, and Wanda finds a new talent that she never knew she had: reporting the news, while Davis takes on some duties as a personal body guard for the movers and shakers of Dog River.

Ok, there were two episodes but I missed the 8:30 airing...DAMNIT!! I HATE THAT. I keep thinking it starts at 9 p.m. :

Right now, GOPHER IT is airing. Wanda is on a one syllable basis with Beverly (Bev) the female host of a local news show.

Brent gets an offer for Corner Gas. Wanda is fearful of a uniform and actually having to work if he sells.

Ohhhh That is the final episode of season 4 ...and it was the HIGHEST RATED Canadian sitcom season finale in history it got 3 million viewers, a full tenth of the population!!! (And when you see it, youll know why.....)
My Mom was crying cause, like many Canadians, she thought the show was over! (I wasnt fooled, but, more about that later! )

This was a great episode. I was wondering if it might be the series finale until the end.

Why did your mom think it was the finale? I didn't know your mom was a huge fan too Mikey.

Don't worry, it was just Hank's daydream!< it was just the season 4 season finale the show is in it's fifth season right now(Here in Canada), and so far, season 5 is the best one since season 1, so, the show will be around for a while

Oh yes Corner Gas is "must see" TV in this family!

My Mom thought it was the finale cause thats how CTV promoted it ....they knew the ratings would skyrocket if they did! As for myself, I knew it wasnt the last ep for one reason only......had it really been the last ep, theres no WAY Lacey and Brent would have been so casual about her leaving....you just know hed have TRIED to say something about his feelings, and she would have too....likely they would have just stood there aukwardly looking at each other and then parted but, you know they would have TRIED.

WGN could do promos like that too, IF THEY AIRED THE SERIES IN ORDER!!! I wonder how many people who don't have the background on this show (like I do with Mikey ) are clueless abt the whole Lacey and Brent thingy.

Well, they did air season 4 in about 98% order...i think they had about 2 or 3 shows out of order...not bad compared to season 1 which was all over the place!
Well, they soft-peddled the Brent-Lacey thing in season 4....it's heating up a LITTLE in S5......But, it's no Sam and Diane! (so far)

So what's on for tomorrow, S1 #1 again?
