Post 3/4 Episode

This show is actually getting better. I really enjoyed tonight's episode. Key points:

1. Note to self: If/when I have children, Jinny is not going to tell them stories
2. Touching scene at the end between C.D. and Angela. Nice to see C.D. warming up while still maintaining the "tough girl" edge.
3. Very little Captain Kate tonight. The less of her, the better.
4. Jinny/Nancy looked really bad after she was doing her walk of shame out of the super shack with that nasty looking bartender. She really looked old for only 35. Other than that, she looked good for the rest of the episode.
5. Jinny's ADA is cute and sweet. Too bad, I have a feeling that she is going to try and change for him, but will slip back into her old ways and crush him. That's OK. I'll comfort him
6. The more Magda I see, the more I like her. She probably is the best rounded character on the show. I'm a little disappointed though that she is hooking up with her *married* partner. I wonder how C.D. would react to that, since she is on the receiving end of such a relationship. Maybe it'll cause some tension between them.

All that said, I can't wait until next week.

yea it was a great episode and i agree it will be getting better by the week!! ok with magda and her partner i think that they would be a cute couple but there are some problems with them going together: first of all he is a married man and that means hands off and second of all it might some how interfer with there work and make things a little uneasy at work!~i dunno what will happen with jinny and the ADA but if jinny was ready to make a comittment to him and willing to give up on drinking so much then i think they would be a cute couple~yea thats nice to see cd warming up to her angela but still keeping her rough edge!~

just a thought...but isnt Captin Kate sleeping with the DA? or is she sleeping wih someone else?but if she is sleeping with the DA then she and Jinny could double with the ADA...wouldnt that be interesting!

Thumbs up

I have to agree that Jinny and the ADA are such a cute couple... and also that if I ever have kids (I'm only 13!), I don't think I'll have Jinny tell 'em a story

Great ep!

This was a good episode. I thought it was so funny how that guy (that CUTE guy ) got a tatoo after jinny said "Body art can be very appealing when tastefully done" That was so cute!!! Also, I think that CD and Angela are doing great!! They work so well, and are finally warming up to one another!!)

CAN SOMEBOFY TELL ME WHAT NEXT WEEK WILL BE ABOUT? I MISSED THE PREVIEWS! BECAUSE i WAS FLIPPING BACK AND FORTH FROM THE SOPRANOS (AN EXCELLENT SHOW, IMHO!!) THANX!

~NMK

PS. I wouldn't mind jinny telling my kid stories - it's better than letting the kid think that the world is all fine and dandy, (note recent shcool shooting, god bless them!). At least Jinny told it like it is, without being too scary (or whatever)!

This episode was so good.I loved Jinnys story. And the show is just getting better and better.I really like Jinny with that guy but personally I don't want to see her quit drinking.I mean that is what makes her will Jinny and I would rather see her drinking an dgetting into trouble. But I really liked the Angela and C.D. being stuck in the house and how they stuck up for each other.next weeks episode looks sooooo good I can't wait. We'll I guess i'll shut up now

I actually enjoyed last week's episode better when Jinny's family was introduced. Somehow you know that Jinny's drinking and carousing will ruin her relationship with the ADA. She has to decide to quit drinking for her own sake and not for someone else. It is always the people that love addicts that end up getting hurt the most.

Anyway, off my soapbox. I thought Jinny looked old, too, after her drinking and roll in the hay with that bartender. Of course, I wouldn't look my best either after such an experience so maybe that's the look they were going for?

Looks like Magda and Peter are headed for trouble, too. I didn't see next week's previews but another poster said they end up sleeping together. I agree that CD's reaction should be quite interesting.
