The Marathon started at 12pm and ends at 10pm and all the eps are with JAMES EVANS. No Penny or Keith, all James Evans era episodes and that's how you do a GT marathon.
It's a shame TV land can't do that |

Not only that, you get to see scenes that TVland won't air. I seen two weeks ago that closing scene where Willona punches Ray and slams the door. TVland stops the scene right there. TVOne shows the real ending. We see Thelma apologizing to Willona and vice versa. We see Willona hugging Florida, and most importantly we see Willona making that call to the bakery telling them to change the cake from "Congratulations to Ray and Willona" and instead put "Happy Bar Mitzvah..."

For years, I never knew what that scene was with someone handing Thelma the PLUNGER in the Opening Credits. I never saw that scene until I saw TV ONE. |

I've stopped watching TVland for Good Times. TVOne is much better. They also show THE PJ's.

I got TVOne earlier in the year, springtime I believe. It was added to my cable line-up.

Because someone should either have DIRECTV or COMCAST. I don' think Dish Network carries TV one |

That's the problem, the two top cable companies are DIRECTV and Comcast. Nothing else is worth having |
