Observation made in the Redecorating the Mertzes apt. episode... - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I had noticed this a long time ago and seeing the episode recently made me want to ask this question.

Ever notice in the final scene when Ethel is admiring Lucy's new furniture (since Lucy gave the Mertzes' her old furniture) as they sit down on the new couch, you can see a feather floating in the air. It obviously comes from the previous scene where all those feathers are floating around after that fan fiasco. I guess the crew had a heck of a time trying to get rid of the feathers from the stage.

Yeah, no kidding! That's why the public eventually got used to all this, when Lucy did that scene with all the soap suds on Life wih Lucy, the newsmagazine type shows ,mentionned it as a typical LUCY situation, they were used to seeing those types of things by then, LOL!
