Default Drew Carey Show New Years Eve Marathon on ION Television

I just saw a commercial on ION Television that they are going to have a marathon of The Drew Carey Show on New Years Eve December 31. I don't know if it was too early to post about it and let people know. Pavanbadal will probably post more information when he learns more about it. I apoligize if it was too early to post about it but I already saw the commercial for it and probably a lot of other people did too.

Interesting...no wonder they didn't send out grids yet for Dec. 24 and 31. As long as they aired a promo, it is safe to talk about it. It will join the line-up in January...details will come out shortly. Thanks for posting!

Wow, this network really is looking up. I can't believe this show is actually coming (unless they're only aiirng it for a day-LOL). I neverw ould have expected DC to come, because it's kind of too new for the network (IMO) but who cares?

I hope they don't air it at 9pm, because I've really been enjoying WTB there. I'd like to see them air it at 10pm, but I'd doubt it. Maybe at 9:30?

9-10pm would work better. Who's the Boss? would be better 7-8pm. Mama's Family usually does a 0.7 or 0.8 rating and Who's the Boss? drops from that to like 0.4 or 0.5 most weeks. Drew Carey should muster more than that.

This is sort of off topic, but Roseanne remember they have some stuff like The Wayans Bros. too, so I wonder if that could be coming soon.

I look for it to air 9-10 and WTB be gone....I don't really see them messing with 6-8 just yet, but maybe I'm wrong.

Considering how ION does things, WTB? has had a good, long run. Much better than most of the other shows did, and it has a good, consistent time slot. It's been treated much better than Alice, Growing Pains, Green Acres, Charlie's Angels, etc.

By January I could see them airing WTB at 7 and 7:30, then Amen and Alice 6 and 6:30.

Why does Mama's Family do so well? I don't understand what people like so much about that show that lets it do so well every single night.

All the ion network executives, employees, and their families stop whatever they're doing and gather together to watch it every night?
