When Roger "The Rocket" played for the Red Sox, his nickname was 'The Crybaby'. He bitched and moaned about everything. They didn't treat his wife right in the stands, he didn't want to carry anything (luggage, etc.) on the road. Talented, without a doubt, but a real prima donna.
Moe "It ain't about the money" Vaughn, with the Sox. Always crying about money. He ended up playing in Las Angeles, got hurt in the first game and was never the same. Carl Everett, another whinebag Sox player. Always complaining about umpires, and didn't get along with his fellow players. Just one big complaint machine. Good riddance when we ditched him. Manny Ramirez. He's great now, but up until a few years ago, he was always complaining, saying he wanted to play for the Yankees, lol. He thought he could get more money than the Sox would pay him, so they called his bluff and put him on waivers. No takers. He has a much better attitude these days. LaDainian Tomlinson. Somebody want to give this guy a box of tissues? He's crying all over TV, blaming everybody for his team's lousy season. Any players or coaches that come to mind as crybabies? |

John McEnroe. Biggest crybaby ever, combined with a vicious temper. Bad combination.

A Crybabies in Sports thread would never be complete without Ryan Leaf.
And how about Latrell "I can't feed my family on 7 million per year" Sprewell. |

Gary Sheffield comes to mind. He was and still is bitching about money and how he isn't paid enough.
Milton Bradley is another biotch. Always bitching and moaning about something. |

Former NBA player Derrick Coleman. With the most minor injury he had, he wouldn't suit up for a game. He always was on the bench in a suit when whatever team he played for needed him.
