Remember the case of the Marine Joffre Ramos who was assaulted at a birthday party? It was a brawl between Ramos and his Marine buddies and friends, and Luie Quezada and his gang. Luie Quezada beat Ramos so bad he has never been the same.
Well. I've never found anything stating he's been arrested but apparently Luie Quezada is in jail. He's been there since 2001 and is serving an 18 year sentence. Here's his Prinson Penpal Website.
